Wallpaper glue powder is often weight-sensitive cargo, but packaging, pallets, mixed SKUs and destination handling change real container utilization. Maximum bag count is not the only objective; buyers also need to control damage, moisture, unloading equipment, warehouse constraints and downstream distribution.
Collect container and route constraints first
Confirm container type, carrier weight limits, origin rules, destination port and buyer warehouse conditions. Theoretical payload does not replace route-specific limits. The forwarder should check gross weight, axle, handling and appointment requirements, while the factory plans around confirmed bag dimensions and pack method.
Choose between pallets and floor loading
Pallets support forklift handling, lot separation and inventory control and keep bags away from the container floor, but consume weight and volume. Floor loading may increase quantity but adds labor, damage exposure and unloading time. Decide on total supply-chain cost and destination capability rather than bags per container alone.
Map mixed SKUs to loading zones
When grades, lots or OEM packs share a container, define loading order, physical zones, pallet cards and packing-list references. Put items needed first in an accessible position. Different package heights and strengths require a stability review instead of equal weight distribution by assumption.
Include moisture and container condition
Inspect the empty container for dryness, holes, odor and visible contamination, then retain empty, loading, full, container-number and seal photographs. Any desiccant or moisture-control decision should reflect route, season, packaging and forwarder guidance. It does not replace an intact inner PE liner and outer bag.
Quote from an approved load plan
The final plan should list units by SKU, pallet count, net and gross weight, expected volume, loading method and handoff responsibility. Hangzhou Karn can prepare order-specific loading records, while legal transport weight, route limits and destination unloading conditions must be confirmed by the buyer and logistics provider.
